    1. Yes. It cannot be Ashley Morris Mullis as her DNA profile is complete and in CODIS as is the unidentified. It would have flagged had it been a match. There is also three inches difference in height, as Ashley is taller, however, that would not be the rule out factor. The fact DNA doesn't match makes her ruled out. The ideal match for this young unidentified female will be someone missing, either reported...or not, and who does NOT have DNA completed in the system.

  2. Have they checked Bambi Lynn Madden missing from Binghamton NY.?

    1. It cannot be Bambi, as her DNA profile is complete and in CODIS as is the unidentified. It would have flagged had it been a match. The ideal match for this young unidentified female will be someone missing, either reported...or not, and who does NOT have DNA completed in the system.
